JUSTIÇE ROHINTON FALI NARIMAN

In an article published in 'The Wire', justice Rohinton Falli Nariman slams Modi on keeping tight lips on the issue of hate speech in Haridwar. Justice in his article pursued that minimum punishment be prescribed for hate speech.

In Dharmsansad at Haridwar organised on 17 to 19 December, 2021,  saints had delivered speeches. 

These speeches are popular as hate speeches, in social media. 

Jitendra narayan Tyagi and mahamandleshwar Yati Satyendranath Tyagi are arrested as supreme court took cognizance on the issue.

Retired judge Rohinton was mentioning his thought in respect of the above. 

His remark about silence of Modi on the issue is irrelevant or say senseless as thousands of similar or dirtier speeches and acts are uploaded on social media by other communities and Modi being PM of the nation has hundreds of nation building jobs to  do on ongoing basis. If he start speaking on such silly matters he can't do justice with his primary duties. 

Justice Rohinton's post does not discuss anything about creditibility of the orator in dharmsansad.

Dharmsansad was organized by VHP, which is an apex body of Sanatanies (Hindu). Sanatan dharm and its principles are for everybody, they are making lifes of all better, even  before start of life on the planet and will govern the cosmos after the cosmos cease to exist.  Because of birth of new religions, having controversial  verdicts about people of other Faith's, word hate has came in the use.

So due to such hate verdicts of newly born religions, security and life of Sanatanies are in danger for about thousands of years. Hate speech is nothing but showing concern about threat from such religions. 

Before writing on the issue justice would have studied little bit about people who are practicing hate as part of their religion. He would have also analysed why China is running concentration camp to make such people livable in the society.

Hate speeches are not good for the nation.

 But such personilties would have wrote few words about actual Hate, in reaction of which such speeches were delivered, to make their post sensible and useful.

 For me it's a bullshit.

Amid  assembly's election in 5 states, leaders are switching from one party to others. Maximum changes occured in UP where Swami Maurya and 9 others had quit their original party ie BJP.

Opposition party SP appears to be beneficiary of the situations.

Before coming to any logical  considered opinion about impact of such happenings let us discuss something about our democracy.

Democracy is a ruling system based on three major principle.

(1) Of the people. ( leaders from public)

(2) By the people ( Through voting process) .

(3) For the people.(welfare of people) 

Being primary top principle, status of leaders are on top. Parties spent considerable time in choosing candidates. People chosen from these few selected candidates form the government.

The second principle is getting atleaset minimum votes so that a party  gets majority in the house.

Getting votes needs thorough thinking about so many aspects. 

(1) Emotional issues.

(2) satisfaction of ego of different societies.

(3) Slogans draw attention.

(4) practical strategies like cash distribution or door to door campaign.

(5) Development work to be promised or executed.

Congress party being pioneer political party ensured certain minimum votes in its favour  through its reservation and appeasement policies. 

Now comes the third principle ie for the people.  Being last priority this principle is vaguely followed. 

Welfare schemes were tools to satisfy different level party worker or employees associated with implementing scheme.

In 1991, when the country sunk into bankruptcy and 200 tons of gold was pledged to get help from IMF, leaders realised importance of welfare of people. However bad monitoring wiped off benefit, as share market and other scams sucked everything. 

Since 2014,  country is observing building of assets like road, electricity, network, cleanliness, surge in export, better tax collection, and last but not the least no corruption at apex level and transparency in functioning .

Thus  Modi/BJP has raised the bar of 'For the people' principle little bit parallel to first principle.

7 years time can't offset habits of 70 years. So for Maurya or such other switchers, welfare of nations is still a third priority.

With the appointment of IITain Parag Agarwal (37) as CEO of Tweeter, discussions on  brain drain  is in vogue.

Indian brain has enriched USA,  Elon Musk commented on Parag agrawal.

Major technology companies are headed by Indian origin  CEOs.

Like power(electricity) some invisible and visible arrangements and special safety measures are needed to  utilise brain.

Gurukul educations system was prime such arrangements which  existed since beginning of Bhatia civilization whereas  nowhere  in the outside world such importance was given.

Sañdipani ashram where Shrikrushna Sudama were educated is still present in Ujjain.

Takshshila university was   established in 10th century BCR and was  destroyed in 5th century AD . Nalanda was also established in 4th centuryAD and destroyed in 12th century AD.

Around 10000 students plus Shishak lived at a time, there. Economics, Vedic maths, Astrinomy, administration, Budhism and Jainism were studied there.

Attackers from nomadic communities Hun and Shak destroyed Takshshila and raiders from Turk burnt Nalanda. 

Money land or woman was not the object of both the attacks. But most dangerous evil characteristics known as ENVY was responsible for both the attacks.

The stream of envy did not stop with independence and freedim could not help  rejuvenate  the vedic Gurukul system. There was no problem in building new system on the strong base of old gurukul system, because vedic education is about truth and science.

To elaborate  I mention about a mantra which is chanted for sankalp. 

'Hari om tedasya, shri Brahmne, Dwitiya Parardhe, Shwet varah kalpe, Vavaswat Manvantare ...Karishyami. 

In the shlok .manvantar is galactic year. Value 30.67 crore year. Parardhe is completion of 14 manvantar.

 Vavaswat manvantar is 7th manvantar.  Which translate that if it is Dwitiya Parardhe 14 plus 6 ie20 manvantar has passed, reader may search from google for fact check science also claim that solar system has completed 20 rotation of centre of galaxy. And life if earth is 20 multiplied by 30.67 crore year or 6bn year. 

Rise of Infosyse and other tech companies surprised politicians but before they could get chance to interfere and mess the sector,  these companies gained momentum and became strong enough..

IT sector earns 150 bn dollor of foreign exchange , give jobs to 63 million and contribute 250 bn dollor to GDP. We receive 87bn dollor annual remittance too. 

Pharma sector is another knowledge based sector. Vaccine production has helped the humanity in facing Corona.

ISRO, Tejas aircraft Agni5 missiles and in many a other sector world recignises indian brain.

Now is time to make our education system on the basis of quality. I conclude it by saying  brain drain is better than brain in drain.

In the year 1949, CCP repeated the same. Chaotic situation forced the ruler to step down and to run away fearing assassination. 

The armed member of PLA  further engaged in killing of people in the name of reforms. The estimated deaths may be upto 800 lakhs. 

Recently, Armed member of Taliban took over regime of Afghanistan in the same manner.

Neither Lenin nor Maozedeng had ever repented for such genocide as they considered violence as tool for achieving goals. Leftist all over the world get inspiration from above inhumane incidences. Nobody ever thought about those innocents people who lost their life unnaturally. 

CA A protest or Kisan andolan both are well supported by leftist. 

(1) 26 th january incidence or Delhi riots both happenings were meant to create chaos. 

(2) They occupied prime location so that they may cause trouble for common citizen,  even before start of protest. 

(3) They make permanent arrangements for long term stay. Because the protest was not meant for any demand.

(4) Protester never categorically negotiated the issues. 

(5) Use of international media for defaming democracy.

(6) Purpose of both the protest was to defy act passed by  parliament and weaken the parliamentary system with a crowed supported system , Like communist or Taliban.

A election manifesto is a  published declaration of intention, motive and views of its issueer political party. 

It is prepared keeping in view political, economical and religious aspiration of voters. Due precaution is carried out while publishing so that reputation of the party may not deteriorate for non compliance of any of the promise made.

Democracy is a game of number.  Parties includes aspiration of its traditional voters to keep their vote intact.  

Manifesto can't be classified as binding document because to fulfill any promise made through manifesto, need of parliaments nod to implement is must. Parties get excuses on the pretext of parliament nod for their failure to fulfill promises.

This pretext give leverage to political parties to make promises for alluring voters only,, irrespective of their intentions for fulfilling  them.

That's why parties despite issuing  attractive manifesto, depends on vote bank politics, social engineering in selection of candidates, distribute saris and bottle in the pre night of voting and uses muscle as last resort to pressurise voters.

Voters are  also  aware of truth about manifesto, so nobody bother to read or remember its detail except only those point where some financial concessions are declared. Like bill for electricity, water, transport, concession in Income Tax slab.

A sea change is seen in 2014 election. Where winning party had seriously fulfilled its manifesto promises. To quote:

(1) Construction of Ram Temple.

(2) Abrogation of article 370 from J&K. 

(3) Tripple Talaq.

(4) UAPA bill

(5) Farmers bill to double the farmer's income.

(6) Issue of grant of citizenship for persecuted migrants from Pakistan, Bangladrsh and Afghanistan.

The above are few very complex and long standing national issues which were addressed out of 75 total points in their manifesto.

This was first time when a single promise given through manifesto has been seriously addressed. 

Sanctity of Menifesto has been restored like what Ram made Ahilya alive.

An ex congress president expressed his reaction on repealing of three farm reform laws. 

 'Ahankar broke' was gist of his tweet. 

Being largest job provider and highest contributor to GDP, need for improving  overall health of agriculture sector has been felt since independence. 

Construction of number of irrigation  dam and providing electricity to villages for irrigation purposes were initial initiative. 

With nationalization of banks, farmers were encouraged to improve their financial condition with the help of bank loan. 

Almost all agriculture and allied activities were covered in the list of eligible activity for getting loan. It proved effective 

The interest monger community initially felt hit but many of them coped up with the situation by engaging in agriculture related trades and services like supplier of fertilizer, seed , tractor, pumps, pipes. 

After two decades, It  was felt that nothing has been left undone. So, to influence farmer's vote a negative strategies adopted by them. It was waiving bank loan, electricity bill.

But politician and economic thinktank were searching for way how to make the sector independent and autonomous.  Unless earning is not raised the number of consumers will not increase. The wheel of progress will run smoothly and the benefit reaches to all, with this objective, discussion on reforms started. It is a fact that whatever help govt grant is possible only by collecting money from people. 

So how to pump in  modern management, money and improved technology  from market driven system,  was the  question. All previous govt wanted to reform but could not do so as most of them were lacking will due to fractured mandate.

Modi govt got the clear majority. Bill cleared . And panch parmeshwar voted in favour of farmer. 

Reforms are always subject to hit interest of few people but it is for benefit of masses. Majority of farmers were keen to see practical benefit. 

The group hit by bill got agitated and opposition naturally engaged. 

There is no element of Ahankar of anybody in our parliamentary system. 

Comment of the leader is as usuall useless and waste, abusing democracy.

On 10/11 September, a conference on dismantling global hindutva was organized at Boston University USA. An American, 21 year old activist Riaz Ahmed is the man behind the conference. Islamist and leftist participated. The event was sponsored or cosponsored by 53 US universities like Stanford, Columbaia. The agenda of the conference was how to finish supramacist ideology of Hindutva.

The subject and agenda is  by hindufobic minds. It is true that Hindutva has ideologies, philosophies and historic events and stories covering all aspect of civilised human society. When the entire outside world was under small localised Kabilai or tribes system of rule, India was under system of large kingdoms or Chakravarti Samrat. This system was based on rules, disciplines, human values and truth centric legal system with overall objective to give enjoyable and happy life to its citizen.

The steps taken by Modi govt has not been accepted by anti Modi group,  as necessary task to solve pending national problems but they had percepted the same as a strategic move to strengthening Hinduism. 

Imran's allout effort to mobilize support from OIC and UN on abrogation of 370 and now cracking peacedeal with TTP and TLP and support to Afg Taliban are open steps to promote terrorism against India.

National parties who had seeking enactment of CAA since 1947 had opposed the act and Rakesh Tikait who welcomed the Kisan bill initially had turned out in its protest ruining 26th january celebration. All these illogical protest are  due to hinduphobia.

Salman Khursheed's recent book on Ayodhya wherein Boko Haram and ISIS are compared with Hindutva,  is an another activity in the line of 'dismantling global hindutva'.

Newton's law of nature is very true and applicable on all act. The law is ' every action has equal and opposite reaction'. So instead of hiding/ignoring/shying such activities, it must be discussed keeping other ideologies in focus and in public. 

Einstein's theory of relativity says whatever is seen is not true but are relative to surrounding. If surroundings are not discussed finding will be wrong. 

Whenever a person or a nation become stronger its enemy also become stronger. So all these events and protest are cheer moment for nationalist as a signal that country is becoming stronger.
